Would not recommend. Bad value for money. Positive: - location is great to explore NYC - automated check in/out experience with all the info and no contact. In our case they forgot to share the door code so we got stuck at the door but they replied quite fast Negative: - the noise. The windows basically do not isolate anything, and you are right next to a hookah bar. Don’t expect to sleep without ear plugs. Added annoyance, the building common area are full of hookah smoke 24/7 - low equipment quality overall, and notably bedding. The pillows are old and useless, the spring bed is not uncomfortable. We staid 10 days and had bad neck and backache. - the kitchen: it would be very hard for anyone above 175cm to cook anything here - the price : the value is just not there for usd250+ a night

Wenig Schlaf aufgrund der schlechten Fenster Positive: Die Lage war super, außerdem konnte man schlüssellos und unkompliziert einchecken. Negative: Extreme Lautstärke in der Nacht. Wir konnten aufgrund der hellhörigen Fenster und der lauten Nachbarn nicht schlafen. Leicht dreckig und harte Betten. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht, viel zu teuer.
