Ideal for family or small group visiting NYC. Great location, handy for public transport to downtown Positive: Very comfortable location in a quiet corner of Harlem, good communication from owners re check in/out. Well equipped too, had all we needed for a week long stay, even a washing machine and dryer

Good Apartment but poor check in

We sat on the doorstep but were not allowed in despite the cleaners having finished and my son urgently needing to be at a meeting. Kept waiting more than 10mins after check in time. We had trouble understanding the key pad and had to contact them.Toilet was broken and we had no hot water the first night, Explained that we had to run the tap for 10 mins. Toilet was mended quickly, Should have a manual to explain things as well as hints on where to buy food etc.
