Modern Family Home Walkable to Town

To sleep and wake up feeling reset was great. Positive: Comfort. Set up. Design. We didn’t even use the outdoor amenities but they were available. Ability to easily adjust the temperature, because it was freezing that weekend. Negative: When we pulled up it was extremely dark.

Great time and got lots of rest and relaxation… will use house again. Positive: I thought the location was excellent. The house was clean and comfortable. The space was great. Negative: I didn’t like that the bedroom dressers had lots of stuff in the like old books and things. Unable to put my things away in the dressers. There was a broken dresser cracked glass that was in the first floor bedroom that needs to be replaced and a cabinet in the kitchen that needs fixing so it shuts all the way.

The house is recently renovated, very clean, and located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood close to town. The air conditioning was excellent, making the stay comfortable even on the hottest days.However, there were a few unexpected issues. On our first night, the owner arrived unannounced around 9 PM, which was unsettling after a long day of travel. The grill had not been properly maintained—the grease trap was full, which caused a flare-up and fire when we used it. The queen mattress in the upstairs bedroom was very worn and uncomfortable, and the upstairs toilet was not working during our stay.Overall, the property has potential, but better maintenance and communication would go a long way in improving the guest experience.

Very pleasurable and comfortable stay! Positive: Spacious, clean, comfortable. Negative: The rental management company could supply towels as part of the rental. They did clearly state that towels were not supplied so this is just a “wish list” statement.

Very comfortable and enjoyable home. It rained most of the weekend so ran out of hooks for our soggy coats! Really nice and well furnished - just what we were looking for.
