Central Location Studio, Walk to Times Square

to expansive for what they provide Positive: easy access by codes, easy communication. kitchen well-equipped. Negative: its a small, dark 1 room apartment in the basement of a building in the backyards. all in all it was clean (not perfect) but clean, but it was not possible to open the window shades because visitors or the employes of the bar/restaurant could see in the room. the bathroom is supersmall. bed was to soft for me and i got really angry when i saw the message that I have to bring the garbage out else i have to pay a 50 Dollar fee. Really? For 400 Dollar a night i have to bring out the gargabe? and there is a door in the room to another apartment, its closed but you really here everting. and the stairs next to and the neighbors above you, I could here every step. I had a bad sleep and rest during my stay.

Value for Money: The stay was overpriced considering the overall lack of comfort and the room's poor Positive: Pros: 1. The only some positive aspect of this stay was its proximity to Times Square. Negative: Cons: 2. Location & Noise: The room was located at the back of the building next to garbage dump of a very noisy restaurant. It was incredibly noisy and unpleasant. Additionally, the window AC unit was extremely loud, making it difficult to rest. 3. Kitchenette & Amenities: The kitchenette was awkwardly tucked under the staircase, making it impossible to stand up straight while preparing food. While there were plenty of electrical appliances, there was either no counter space to use them or the power cords were too short to reach the outlets. 4. Room & Storage: The bathroom was very small and cramped. In the bedroom, the wardrobe was completely stuffed with housekeeping supplies, leaving absolutely no space to hang my own clothes. 5. Comfort & Cleanliness: The foam mattress lacked proper support and gave me a severe backache. To make matters worse, the courtyard area had a regular, unpleasant odor.

Access was easy, place was spotless, bed was very comfortable. Loved the neighborhood :)
